Client stories

What families and partners say

Klean IQ didn't just organize our home — they helped my son with autism feel safe and independent in his own space. The visual systems and calm routines they built have reduced daily meltdowns more than anything else we've tried.

Michelle R. Parent · Bergen County

As a support coordinator I need partners who understand DDD and actually follow through. Kia's team builds real, maintainable plans around the person's goals — not cookie-cutter checklists. My families trust them.

David L. Support Coordinator · Essex County

After my husband's stroke the house became overwhelming. Klean IQ helped us create systems that let him stay home with dignity. They met us exactly where we were — no judgment, just practical help that still works months later.

Helen T. Caregiver · Middlesex County

“We don’t judge homes. We understand the stories behind them. We don’t create Pinterest-worthy spaces. We create spaces that work for the people who live there. We don’t focus on perfection. We focus on function.”

How we work

The Klean IQ Method™

Every plan follows the same five steps, centered on the person’s own goals.

1

Discover

Learn the person’s story, goals, strengths, and hopes.

2

Assess

Identify barriers, routines, environments, and opportunities for growth.

3

Design

Develop an individualized support plan centered on the person’s priorities.

4

Implement

Provide compassionate, hands-on support while teaching sustainable systems.

5

Empower

Build confidence, independence, and long-term success.

Every recommendation, every visit, and every conversation is designed to increase function, reduce overwhelm, and improve quality of life.

Meet our founder

Kia Woodson, LAC, NCC, CRC

Founder · Licensed Associate Counselor · Nationally Certified Counselor · Certified Rehabilitation Counselor · Intensive In-Community Counselor

Klean IQ was founded by Kia Woodson, a licensed mental-health and rehabilitation counselor who believes a home is more than a place — it is the foundation for daily living, emotional well-being, independence, and connection. Her clinical training shapes a trauma-informed, person-first approach behind every plan we build.

We intentionally partner with local organizations, businesses, and community spaces to create meaningful experiences aligned with each person’s goals, interests, and strengths.

Independence grows through connection

In the community

Beyond the front door, we help people build confidence and community — through outings, activities, and everyday moments that matter.
