About Klean IQ

Support that meets people where they are.

Klean IQ is a Functional Living & Community Support Agency dedicated to helping individuals and families create organized, peaceful, and accessible environments that support everyday life. Professional cleaning is just one of the many ways we help people thrive.

Our Story

“We exist to become the support that individuals and families need — but often don’t know how to ask for.”

Klean IQ was founded on the belief that a home is more than a place — it is the foundation for daily living, emotional well-being, independence, and connection.

We recognize that life transitions, disability, neurodivergence, mental health challenges, aging, grief, trauma, and everyday overwhelm can make it difficult to maintain routines and environments that support the life someone wants to live.

Our role is not simply to clean or organize. Our role is to meet people where they are and help them move forward.

Klean IQ empowers individuals and families by creating functional homes, sustainable routines, and meaningful community connections that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Our Mission

To redefine home and community support by becoming the trusted leader in functional living services, where every environment is intentionally designed to promote confidence, independence, and quality of life.

Our Vision

Meet Kia Woodson, LAC, NCC, CRC

Our founder

Klean IQ was founded by Kia Woodson, a licensed mental-health and rehabilitation counselor who has spent her career supporting people through some of life’s hardest seasons. She holds credentials as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and continues to serve families directly as an Intensive In-Community Counselor on weekends.

That clinical background shapes everything about how Klean IQ works. Again and again, Kia saw how deeply a person’s environment affects their ability to heal, focus, and live independently — and how often families were left to manage overwhelming spaces and routines on their own. She built Klean IQ to close that gap: to bring trauma-informed, compassionate, professional support into the home, where daily life actually happens.

Her approach guides every member of our team — meet people where they are, lead with dignity, and build systems people can actually maintain.

Our Philosophy

Everything we do begins with one simple belief: Meet people where they are.

We believe:

  • Every person deserves dignity.
  • Every family deserves support without judgment.
  • Every home tells a story.
  • Progress is more important than perfection.
  • Independence looks different for everyone.
  • Functional systems create freedom.
  • Small, sustainable changes often create the greatest transformation.

What Makes Us Different

We don’t simply provide services. We build solutions.

We don’t judge homes. We understand the stories behind them.

We don’t create Pinterest-worthy spaces. We create spaces that work for the people who live there.

We don’t focus on perfection. We focus on function.

Every recommendation, every visit, every conversation, and every service is designed to increase function, reduce overwhelm, and improve quality of life.

How we work

The Klean IQ Method™

Every person we support starts with a plan built around them — their goals, their environment, and the life they want to live. Our five-step Method keeps the work individualized from the first conversation to lasting independence.

1

Discover

Learn the person’s story, goals, strengths, and hopes.

2

Assess

Identify barriers, routines, environments, and opportunities for growth.

3

Design

Develop an individualized support plan centered on the person’s priorities.

4

Implement

Provide compassionate, hands-on support while teaching sustainable systems.

5

Empower

Build confidence, independence, and long-term success.
